Using the # HR26 with a weight distribution kit isn't recommended because the extender will lower the hitch tongue weight capacity by one third, so I wouldn't advise using an extender. A weight distribution system exerts huge amounts of leverage to raise the front and lower the front of the tow vehicle. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C15845 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for a 2016 Ford F-550 cab and chassis with frame rails spaced 34" apart (outside to outside). However, Curt does not test this trailer hitch with dump body trucks nor are all dump bodies the same so I would not be able to confirm fit 100%. Your 2015 F-550 cab and chassis with custom service body will be challenging to fit with 5th wheel base rails and a 5th wheel hitch due to the limited clearance you have for both the base rails themselves and for the hitch/pin box at the tops of your side boxes.
